Therefore, the front desk /receptionist position is crucial to our overall daily success and a valued part of the SALA team.
Job Summary
- Answering incoming calls
- Set appointments
- Intake-Welcoming scheduled appointments
- Checking, and making call backs on voice messages
- Moving in and out of databases maintained by SA
- Assisting students with acquisition of online material
- Assist Director and Registrar with program requirements
Job requirements
- Must have a HS diploma /GED
- Must have basic computer skills
- Knowledge navigating the internet
- General communication skills
- Must wear conservative attire for an office environment
- Must be ethical in speech, appearance, actions and demeanor while working
- Must be bilingual in English/Spanish
