Job Summary: Order selectors must be safety conscious and adhere to warehouse safety procedures when operating equipment. They need to be able to manage inventory and ensure that stock levels do not fall below demand. Good computer skills, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal abilities are also needed. Customer service should be at the forefront as order selectors need to make sure the customer gets what they requested when they need it. Schedule: AM shift 5am Start time – 3pm End time Ending times will vary depending on workload Weekend days included when necessary for business needs Job Duties/Responsibilities:
● Reading customer orders accurately
● Locating and selecting the specific warehouse items to fulfill the customer’s order
● Performing visual inspections or orders to ensure they are correct and ready for shipment
● Quickly and accurately input inventory into software and use basic math skills often to complete daily tasks
● Following warehouse safety procedures for the operation of equipment, such as wearing proper clothing, safe food handling, and maintain awareness of your surroundings and the other workers when transporting items
● Assist in keeping the warehouse clean and always organized
● Create sales orders as needed
● Engage positively with customers
Physical Requirements: ● Must be able to stand and walk for duration of shift (approximately 7-10 hours) daily on concrete, wood, or vinyl surface. ● Must be able to walk up and down a flight of stairs as required by the job. ● Must be able to lift and carry objects weighing up to 50 pounds. ● Must be able to stoop, squat, bend and/or twist to perform various job functions. ● Must be able to reach overhead, forward, back and down to perform various job functions. ● Must be able to reach overhead, forward, back, and down to perform various job functions. ● Must have corrected vision: Be aware of surroundings and location of resources and tools needed. ● Read job related documents and perform various job duties. ● Environmental conditions:
1. Must be able to work around noise and/or vibration generated by the truck and other equipment
2. Must be able to work around fumes, dust, gases and odors.

3. Must be able to work in cold warehouse environments (33°- 56°F) as
required by the job.
4. Must be able to work in warm outdoor environment (up to 100°+ F) as
required by the job.
5. Must be alert and able to identify a safety hazard and report it immediately
or, if directed, take corrective measures to prevent the safety hazard.
Work Experience:
● Previous experience leading or supervising a group of employees
● Must be able to inspect and package products in a timely fashion, keeping pace with work
demands.
● Prior packaging or assembly experience preferred.
Qualifications:
● High school diploma or GED preferred, but not required
● Bilingual required (English/Spanish)
● Demonstrated ability in written and verbal communication skills in English required
