Responsibilities:
- Conduct public education activities to raise awareness about the Affordable Care Act and other health care options such as CHIP and Medicaid.
- Provide support and education for health coverage enrollment.
- Provide information in a manner that is culturally and linguistically appropriate to the needs of the population served by the Exchange
- Comply with training and conflict of interest standards.
- Obtain the authorization of applicants prior to accessing their personally identifiable information; and
- Provide targeted assistance to serve underserved or vulnerable populations.
- Support various projects, events and outreach activities, including community events, workshops, food distributions, and other community engagement opportunities.
- Maintain accurate tracking and reporting of events and activities.
- Perform related duties as assigned.
- Complete daily reports and fulfill program metrics.
- Maintain and order inventory of Outreach materials, supplies and equipment.
- Complete assigned referrals, events, touches, activities, appointments and leads to meet metrics.
